Every case is inspected before it leaves our production partner. If something arrives damaged, incorrectly printed, or not as described, we will replace or refund it — no quibble.
How to request a refund or replacement
Send an email to karl at astroimagery dot com with a photo of the issue and a brief description of the problem. We will respond within 2 business days and arrange a replacement or full refund.
You do not need to return the item.

Change of mind
Because each case is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or incorrect phone model selection. Please double-check your model before ordering — if you are unsure, feel free to contact us before purchasing.
